Creative Coordinator, Gaming Channel - Developing ideas and making them happen

About the role

We’re looking for a creative coordinator for our gaming channel — someone who follows both the international and the Czech YouTube scene and can think outside the box. If you watch YouTube regularly, enjoy hunting down new solutions and aren’t afraid to step outside your comfort zone, this role is made for you. Your job won’t just be developing new ideas, but making sure they actually get made.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing ideas and plans for content on the gaming channel
• Getting ideas ready to shoot in practice (making calls, researching solutions online)
• Helping shape and adjust plans to fit what’s realistic and what’s needed
• Actively following YouTube trends and bringing innovative approaches into our content

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of both the Czech and the international YouTube scene
• Creative, innovative thinking and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Good organisational skills and the independence to solve problems on your own
• The ability to adapt plans and react to changes as things develop
