Who we are

We are Pokeccc, a film studio producing top-tier content for social media. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of entertainment, and as we grow we are expanding the team with new talent. We are looking for a production manager to help us organise shoots, source props and keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy creative projects and can keep order in the middle of chaos, we would like to hear from you.

Our new studio is located in a modern building in a quiet village (XXXX, available on request), easily reachable from Brno, Kuřim, Tišnov, Veverská Bítýška and the surrounding area. We offer a friendly team you will fit into easily, and the opportunity to contribute to videos that inspire and entertain hundreds of thousands of viewers.

About the role

🔹 Preparing shoots: Sourcing the props and equipment needed for videos. Finding suitable locations and securing permits. Selecting and correctly configuring video equipment. Putting together a detailed shooting plan and making sure it is followed.

🔹 Coordination and organisation: Communicating with participants and making sure they are on set. Handling unexpected situations and problems during shoots. Communicating with the editing and design teams. Managing time and logistics efficiently so shoots run smoothly.

🔹 Budget management and purchasing: Keeping shoots within budget and optimising costs. Purchasing and tracking props, equipment and other supplies.

🔹 Running the Shopify store: Adding and updating products, including descriptions, photos and prices. Tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers. Contributing to marketing campaigns. Monitoring store performance using analytics (A/B testing and so on).
